ARIAN F. JABBARY, ESQ.
Arian’s practice is shaped by a combination of large-firm experience, in-house leadership, and a fashion background in photography and design.
Before founding Jabbary Law, Arian practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP, where he advised clients on trademark, copyright, and advertising matters, as well as commercial transactions across a range of industries. He previously served as Associate General Counsel (including a period as Interim General Counsel) at international cosmetics house Maesa LLC, advising on the ideation, launch, and management of celebrity beauty, personal care, and fragrance brands.
Prior to his legal career, Arian worked in government and political strategy, serving as Chief of Staff to a state legislator and in a lobbying capacity at a government affairs subsidiary of a global law firm. He also spent time on the creative end of the fashion industry, running a photography business and studying men's tailoring with one of New York's remaining artisanal tailors.
This multidisciplinary background informs Arian’s practice today, bringing clients a nuanced perspective that pairs legal precision with a considered vision towards the creative, commercial, and human sides of business.
Arian is based between New York City and Sicily.
